NTP Adelaide opens it new doors
After 24 months of construction, NTP Forklifts Australia officially opened its Adelaide Head Office on Friday 21st October. The new 9,000 square metre site includes a purpose-built 3,000 square metre building housing the company's offices for its 80-strong staff, workshop, spare parts warehouse and undercover storage area. The move to the $5.5 million facility built at Gepps Cross comes after almost 30 years at its previous Angle Park location.
The event was attended by a range of customers and suppliers who had the opportunity to take a tour of the new site and get a real feel for the investment NTP has made in its future.
Representatives from TCM, Jungheinrich, Manitou and Taylor Dunn were also on hand to offer customers a broader understanding of their product range.
Local MP Rachel Sanderson officially opened the premises, and then joined Managing Director Nick Perdelis and our international representatives in the traditional Japanese Barrel Opening Ceremony. This ceremony was definitely a highlight for all who attended, with everyone accepting a masu full of Sake to toast the new building.
The opening was a huge success for NTP and we received fantastic feedback about what a professional and enjoyable day it was.
