The strength and network of the NTP Group's spare parts supply is well recognised within the Australian materials handling industry.
The existance of our large parts inventory is to ensure that our customers downtime is minimised in the event of a breakdown or repair work. Also the NTP Group of associated companies are all "on line" computer linked for immediate knowledge of each others inventories which gives us cover beyond our own state stock and that of our Australian Distributors. This is also facilitated by Internet links to the factories that allow us to view parts availability ex manufacturer in real time.
To ensure efficient supply the NTP Group had set up an International and National AirFreight structure that gives the company links to all parts of Australia and the world. Consequently we now supply parts to companies operating within South East Asia, PNG and Oceanian, not to mention all of continental Australia.
