From the day NTP Forklifts Australia commenced operations some 20 years ago, the provision of professional service and maintenance has been an on-going philosophy within the group.
We have always believed that the investment a customer makes should be reciprocated with the most optimal service and care for the unit’s working life. With this commitment, down-time and costs will be minimised, productivity is maximised and the future re-sale value can be optimised.
NTP has the facilities to ensure this service at their locations around Australia and the service dealer network that has been put in place. Furthermore the NTP Group now operates more than 50 fully equipped service vans nationally to be on-site and working on your unit within hours.
The NTP Group also places great importance on service technician training at factory level to ensure they are familiar with current equipment and new models. In addition, NTP have a policy of maintaining a high service staff to technician ration to ensure that our service performance is maintained at a superior level.
Spare Parts
The strength and network of the NTP Group’s spare parts supply is well recognised within the Australian materials handling industry and has gained its experience via the support it gives to the fleet management and service departments throughout the group.
The NTP Group holds a $2M parts inventory to cover the various brands that it acts national distributor for. In particular this stock of parts ensures the customer’s down-time is minimised in most circumstances in the event of breakdown or repair work. Furthermore the NTP Group’s parts departments and respective overseas factories are all linked online for immediate knowledge of part stocks and allow for the supply of parts as quickly and efficiently as possible.
To ensure this efficient supply the NTP Group has set up an International and Domestic Freight system to give us links to all parts in Australia and the World. Consequently we now supply parts to companies operating within South East Asia, Papua New Guinea and Oceania, not to mention all of continental Australia.
